The Sun Life Centre for Healthy Commnities (CHC) aims to break down barriers by providing inclusive, accessible programming. Our programs are offered for free at sites in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Brantford communities.
Through our programs we combine physical activity with positive development and wellness tools so that our participants gain self-confidence, life skills, and the opportunity to connect with others in their community.
CHC believes that healthy bodies make healthy minds!
